Hawk Drive

Hawk Drive provides one location for all KU faculty, staff and student employees to share files, manage file portals, store and publish their content, collaborate on research projects and reduce administrative costs. There are two levels of functionality:

  1. Digital Locker - document storage, document management and document collaboration. This level of functionality is available to all faculty, staff and students.
  2. EDMS - full digital locker functionality plus additional functionality for records management, document classification and workflow. These users will be identified by each department, as they will have information management responsibilities. This additional functionality will be not be available for students.

24 x 7 except for scheduled system maintenance.
