What Is ChemOffice Ultra?

ChemOffice Ultra is a suite of packages for persons in chemically related fields. It includes ChemDraw, the premier chemical structure drawing tool and Chem3D, a molecular modeling program as well as 11 other utilities for chemists and biologists. Learning to Use ChemOffice Ultra, a manual in electronic format, is included in the download.

License Information

Any KU faculty, staff, student, or retiree who has a ku.edu email address can download this program at no cost. Lab computers may be licensed through credentials supplied by Bob Timberlake in the Instrumentation Design Lab (BTimber@ku.edu, 550-7105.)

This license is funded by Chemistry, CEBC, CMLD, COBRE, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, HBC, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and School of Pharmacy.

ChemOffice can be downloaded for Windows or Macintosh directly from CambridgeSoft.

Note: Download requires Internet Explorer (with cookies enabled) and your ku.edu email address.
